Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using any AI Forms embedded widget, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of service

AI Forms provides a conversational AI form builder that lets website owners create, embed, and manage AI-powered lead capture forms. The service is offered in a Free tier and a paid Pro tier with higher limits and additional features.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Deletion is permanent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use AI Forms to collect data without visitors' consent or to send unsolicited messages.
  • Embed forms on sites containing illegal, harmful, or deceptive content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the platform or its AI providers.
  • Share your account credentials or resell access without permission.

5. Subscriptions and billing

  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay (India) or Stripe (international).
  • Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the Settings page and retain Pro access until the end of your billing period.
  • Prices may change with notice; existing subscriptions keep their price until the next renewal.
  • Coupons and promotional discounts are applied at checkout and tracked per use.

6. Free tier limits

Free accounts are subject to a global message cap set by the platform. When the limit is reached, AI conversations pause until the next cycle or until you upgrade to Pro. We may adjust free-tier limits at any time.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you create (form configurations, qualifying questions, branding) and the leads you collect. We retain ownership of the AI Forms platform, its code, and branding. You grant us a limited license to process your content as needed to provide the service.

8. AI-generated content

Conversational responses are generated by AI models and may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and qualifying leads. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated text.

9. Termination

You can cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the platform. Upon termination, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Forms is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of leads, data, or revenue.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
